The Key Supervisor acts as an operational leader responsible for overseeing daily dispensary functions, including inventory control and regulatory compliance. They also perform associate-level duties such as patient reception, transaction processing, and order fulfillment while leading the storefront team.
Candidates must have experience in retail leadership or shift supervision, along with strong cash handling and customer service skills. A working knowledge of medical marijuana products and the ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

The Key Supervisor serves as a shift supervisor and operational leader within the dispensary. This role is responsible for all Dispensary Associate duties while also overseeing daily administrative and supervisory functions.
Key Supervisors help drive and inspire the storefront team, maintain strict inventory controls, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) and Store Manager. This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Set or fixed schedules are not available for this role.
The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift and new challenges arise daily.
