The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing property maintenance, completing work orders, and ensuring the physical condition of the community meets standards. They work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to assist with budget goals, resident relations, and daily operational tasks.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of property maintenance experience and possess strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and EPA certification.

Position Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in areas of the assigned Community.

Job Description/Principal Duties and Responsibilities You assist in your community's goal to effectively and efficiently lease the property, while also promoting excellence in resident care and service. You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager. There, your contribution to the team is specifically:
