The Principal Analyst drives data-driven performance and process improvements for the Electric Asset Management & Engineering department. Key duties include developing KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating executive-level reporting and departmental communications.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master's degree. Candidates must be experts in PowerBI and PowerAutomate with a strong ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.

The Principal Analyst will report directly to the department Vice President, driving data-driven improvements in performance and process for a department consisting primarily of engineering professionals. The analyst will be responsible for translating and reporting on complex technical topics to a variety of audiences, developing and tracking metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and coordinating/preparing content for/running departmental leadership and all hands meetings in line with established cadences.
