The Billing Assistant supports the Construction team by processing contractor invoices, maintaining purchase order records, and resolving vendor payment discrepancies. They also assist with project cost tracking and the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and experience in accounts payable, billing, or administrative functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute are required.

As a Billing Assistant at Dollar Tree's corporate office, you'll support the Construction team by ensuring accurate processing and verification of contractor and vendor invoices, maintaining purchase order records, and assisting with project cost reporting. You'll serve as a key point of contact for vendors and contractors regarding billing and payment questions while helping maintain accurate financial records for construction projects across the organization.
