The Marketing Operations Representative is responsible for greeting guests, registering them for loyalty programs, and assisting with the execution of special events. They also handle administrative tasks such as data entry and the physical set-up of event materials.
Candidates must be able to stand for an entire shift, lift at least 25lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred, along with superior customer service skills.

The Marketing Operations Representative will be scheduled to work in both the Player’s Club as well as at Special Events. They are responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant, courteous and enthusiastic manner while registering guests for the Player’s Club or a Special Event. They will assist in the set-up and close out, and on-site execution of Special Events and Promotions.
