The Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, and electrical components. They must also test-drive vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Master Service Technician experience and strong diagnostic skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and ASE certification is preferred.
Description
· $10,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates
· Hourly flat rate pay: $40-$55 - YEARLY EARNING POTENTIAL- $100k-150k plus!

· Strong Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
· ASE Certification preferred

· Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
· Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
· Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
· Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
· Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
