The Corporate Counsel is responsible for researching legal issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising management on corporate governance. They also manage litigation files, handle collections, and collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer to develop legal strategies.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to the Florida Bar or authorized as house counsel. The role requires 1-3 years of legal practice experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
