The Clinical Coordinator manages the orientation, supervision, and evaluation of students and clinical instructors across various campus and clinical sites. They act as a liaison between the program and clinical agencies while assisting with scheduling, hiring, and program growth.
Candidates must have at least two years of administrative experience and a valid driver's license. An associate degree is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Description
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, orientation, supervision and evaluation of students and clinical instructors on campus and at the clinical sites.
Requirements
The physical demands are those required in a professional office setting and higher education environment: communicating with students and staff, demonstrating procedures and techniques, and getting to and from appropriate classrooms and offices. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Professional office setting: moderate noise levels; controlled indoor climate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Any changes must be reviewed by the Vice President of Academic Affairs and President/Chief Operating Officer (COO). All final approvals must come from the President/Chief Executive Officer.
