The Service Assistant provides administrative and insurance service support to Account Executives by managing policy transactions and maintaining accurate client account information. They also coordinate with insurance carriers and assist in the preparation of renewals, endorsements, and other essential account documentation.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in insurance, financial services, or an administrative role, with a strong preference for knowledge in marine or yacht insurance. Excellent organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We are seeking a Service Assistant to join our growing Yacht Business Unit in Florida. This role will provide day-to-day administrative and insurance service support to Account Executives and clients, helping ensure accounts are managed accurately, efficiently and with a high level of client service.
The Service Assistant will play an important role in the overall client experience by coordinating policy transactions, maintaining accurate account information, communicating with insurance carriers and supporting the Account Executive team with renewals, endorsements and other account needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to build expertise in the yacht and marine insurance industry.
