Overseeing the firm's eBilling function to ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices through client-mandated eBilling platforms while maintaining compliance with client billing guidelines and contractual requirements.
Leading the team responsible for meeting eBilling deadlines, resolving complex eBilling issues, managing client and matter eBilling setups, and ensuring successful transmission of electronic invoices.
Overseeing client and matter rate overrides, managing the Firm's annual rate override reapproval process, and supervising the rate analyst team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Partnering with firm leadership, Billing Managers, Billing Coordinators, attorneys, clients, vendors, and technology teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support firmwide eBilling operations.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining firmwide eBilling best practices, evaluating workflows, and leading initiatives focused on process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

Pay Range for Candidates in Washington, DC: $165,000 - $180,000 per year
The range provided is the minimum and maximum salary that Venable in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and overtime, if eligible. Overtime wages earned will be paid in compliance with applicable law.
