The Patient Service Representative provides fill-in coverage across 24 clinics, managing high-volume patient scheduling and insurance verification. They are also responsible for maintaining patient charts, processing payments, and communicating with referral sources and billing staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in a related position. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in diverse environments, and successful completion of a background screening.

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Float. Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is committed to providing quality customer service and care to our patients and being a great employer to our employees. All PSRs receive a comprehensive training program and ongoing support. In addition, OSS is offering an $8,000 pay differential for this position to reflect our appreciation and understanding of the commitment required to work at any OSS location.
This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week are guaranteed. This job requires working Monday - Friday (no weekends); work hours may vary, but will begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and end no later than 6:20 p.m.
Summary of Duties:
Process all activity related to OSS’s patient services. Patient service functions include patient phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up, maintaining charts, filing, and communication with referral sources. Additionally, PSR will perform other daily operational functions associated with the front desk position.
Manage all Aspects of High-Volume Patient Scheduling:

Education/Experience:
Minimum High School graduation or equivalent AND three years of experience in an appropriately related position OR Equivalent education/experience
