The BRS Case Manager plans, develops, and implements services for foster youth while collaborating with DCYF to ensure their health, safety, and emotional needs are met. The role involves conducting home visits, facilitating team meetings, and developing individualized treatment and safety plans for clients.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, or four years of relevant experience, along with at least two years of experience working with children and families. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass criminal and FBI background checks.

To plan, develop, and implement services for youth and to collaborate with DCYF in the delivery of services to each youth. To help assure the health, safety and emotional needs of all clients served. To provide on-going parenting guidance, emotional and situational support to families served by Youthnet. To implement all contractual obligations and requirements as related to the role of case management staff. To actively support and contribute to the mission and philosophy of Youthnet. Full time Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) Case Manager of 4-6 foster youth in need of intensive behavioral support services. This position requires extensive knowledge of trauma sensitive care with the ability to effectively document, communicate, service coordinate, and support foster youth and their family.
