The Contract Administrator manages subcontract agreements, compliance tracking, and documentation for construction projects. They serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and project teams to ensure all contracts meet company standards and deadlines.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in construction administration and a high school diploma, though a degree in Construction Management or Business is preferred. Proficiency in construction management software and the ability to obtain a Washington State Notary Public certification are required or preferred.

We are seeking a highly organized and detailed Contract Administrator to join our team in Spokane, WA. The Contract Administrator supports construction projects by managing subcontract agreements, contract documentation, compliance tracking, and communication between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and owners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, with experience managing multiple deadlines across large projects.
