The General Laborer supports daily production operations by performing manual labor, material handling, and machine support tasks across various plant lines. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment and assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks in an industrial environment. While prior experience in manufacturing or recycling is a plus, it is not required for this position.

Job Summary
The General Laborer is responsible for supporting daily production operations within the plant. This position performs general manual labor duties and may be assigned to support the Dock, TDF line, Grade line, Mulch line, or Crumb line, rather than working directly on these lines. Additionally, some roles may involve supporting the general site, such as porter positions, to assist with overall facility needs. The role supports machine operation, material handling, housekeeping, and overall plant safety and efficiency. This position requires physical work in an industrial environment and the ability to follow established safety and operating procedures.
