Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop measurable treatment plans for patients of all ages. Administer effective therapy programs and manage all patient care documentation and discharge planning.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Pennsylvania state license in Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
