Lead the Student Ministry team to introduce students to Jesus and foster their spiritual growth through the oversight of Collide and High School Ministry gatherings. Recruit, train, and empower volunteer teams while managing ministry metrics and coordinating with other campus departments.
Candidates must have a personal salvation experience, support LCBC's doctrinal statements, and be willing to become an LCBC Partner. Preferred qualifications include strong leadership skills in developing adult volunteers and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Hours Commitment: Full-time (40-45 hours per week) with regular weekend responsibilities.
Objective: To lead the Student Ministry team to increased effectiveness in introducing more and more people to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers. Personally loves Jesus with the passion and desire to see students fall in love with Jesus as well.
\nPersonal Qualifications:The Dickson City Student Ministry Director will meet regularly with the Dickson City Campus Pastor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
