The Site Director ensures the safety and well-being of students while supervising daily in-person and distance learning program activities. They are responsible for staff coaching, administrative paperwork, and maintaining professional relationships with parents and school principals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with 48 college units and specific coursework or experience in child development or ASES programs. One year of supervisory experience and one year of working in an afterschool or group childcare setting are required.

well-being of students enrolled in the program. Responsibilities include supervision and interaction with
students on a daily basis, individually and via group. This position is also responsible for ensuring
paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
COMPENSATION
Starting Rate: $26.52 per hour
Full Time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and critical illness insurance, a 403b retirement plan plus match, and Vacation & Sick time. In addition, we offer hands-on training, virtual courses, and live presentations for personal and professional development.
