The Sales Lead acts as a Floor Leader on Duty to direct associates and ensure the achievement of store sales goals through exceptional guest service. When not leading, they function as a Bear Builder, focusing on creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere and maintaining brand standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be available to work 15-25 hours per week. Previous experience as a Build-A-Bear associate or an associate's degree in business or management is preferred.
