The Area Relief Direct Support Professional provides direct care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across various residential programs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and fostering independence through meaningful relationship building.
Candidates must have prior experience in a direct care role and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a national background check are required for this position.
Community Access Services is hiring an Area Relief Direct Support Professional (AR DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across multiple residential programs.
As an AR DSP, you will be assigned where coverage is needed most across our programs. This role requires flexibility to work at different locations, across all shifts—including day, swing, and overnight shifts—and weekends. You must be willing and able to adjust to varying schedules, locations, and support environments based on program needs.
Your reliability, adaptability, and willingness to work a flexible schedule help ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care for the individuals we serve.
