As a B-Level Technician at our fast-paced collision center, you'll leave all of that behind…for good. No more flat rate games. No more oil changes. No more politics. Just guaranteed overtime built into every week, a team that actually respects your craft, and a shop that moves at the speed you were built for.
You'll be hands-on from day one. Carefully disassembling vehicles, prepping them for precision repair, and reassembling them to Tesla's strict factory specifications. This isn't grunt work. This is skilled, technical, and meaningful.
We're looking for experienced mechanics and automotive techs who are ready to level up into the collision repair world which is one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying trades in the industry right now.

Qualifications Required:
Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour; depending on experience.
This role involves standing for extended periods, using hand and power tools, and working around machinery, and automotive fluids. The environment can be noisy and fast paced, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
