The Systems Engineering Lead oversees the design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise workstation and server images across physical and cloud environments. This role ensures system compliance with federal security standards while providing Tier 3 technical support.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in operating system imaging and lifecycle management. Proficiency in MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell is required, along with eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance.
Must be eligible for a Public Trust (NRC IT-1).
3–5 years of experience with workstation and server operating system imaging, development, and lifecycle management.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
Demonstrated experience managing the MECM/SCCM console, including deployment tracking, reporting, and systems administration.
Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and managing Windows 11 “gold” or “master” images within an MECM/SCCM environment.
Experience maintaining and managing an enterprise image library for a medium-to-large organization.
Experience supporting MECM from a server and infrastructure design perspective.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting and Windows operating systems.
Experience with enterprise patch management across on-premises and cloud environments.
Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience providing Tier 3 technical support in enterprise environments.

Target salary range: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
