The Connected Customer Supervisor manages a team of customer service associates to ensure efficient cashiering, inventory accuracy, and e-commerce support. They are responsible for maintaining store standards, processing refunds, and overseeing daily operational tasks like signage updates and inventory audits.
Candidates must have at least one year of supervisory experience in customer service or four years of general customer service experience. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of computer experience in a work environment are required.

The Connected Customer Supervisor is a Floor & Decor supervisor responsible for managing a dynamic team of customer service associates. This role will oversee the processes relating to cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, e-commerce support, in addition to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
