As a Service Management Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of various programs, projects, or managed services by ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication among involved parties. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors is essential to maintain their engagement and support for strategic initiatives. The position demands proactive involvement in overseeing project progress and addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain alignment with contractual obligations.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance service efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve service incidents effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and contract management principles.
- Competence in using service management tools and platforms to track and report incidents.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
