Audit employee expense reports in Concur for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
Ensure expense reimbursements and payments are processed in line with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
Make audit decisions, including approval, rejection, reclassification, and rerouting of expense reports.
Escalate complex or non-compliant cases to the Finance lead/Manager as required.
Validate receipts, expense categorization, and adherence to budget and tax guidelines.
Identify duplicate claims, perform pre- and post-payment checks, log findings, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Investigate discrepancies or policy violations and collaborate with employees to resolve issues.
Provide clear and timely feedback to employees on required corrections or policy clarifications.
Act as a point of contact for expense-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
Generate reports on audit trends, compliance rates, and recurring issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to audit workflows.
Update or support updates to expense-related SOPs.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment in audit processes and standards.
