Responsibilities

Ensure SOX compliance for all contracts and create sales proposals using Veradigm Quote Tools. Manage communications with Sales Executives and obtain necessary procedural and legal approvals.

Requirements

Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel formulas and pivot tables, is required. Ability to interpret client needs and maintain accurate proposal status is essential.

Full job description

  • Works to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for all contracts.
  • Executes against plan and shows progress towards individual and team goals, as well as communicates effectively to internal clients while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
  • Creates and modifies Sales proposals within the Veradigm Quote Tools.
  • Uses discovery details to interpret client needs.
  • Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals.
  • Manages communications and feedback from Sales Executives related to proposal processing.
  • Obtains the necessary approvals for procedural and legal compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (i.e. Word, Excel- pivot tables, formulas, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Salesforce CPQ
  • Standard work week Monday to Friday, 5PM to 2AM IST
  • Primarily works in standard office environment
  • May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays
  • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time
  • This will be 5 days WFO from our center at Kharadi ,Pune
