The Vice President is accountable for the end-to-end performance, P&L, and operational excellence of all corporate-owned centers. This includes leading M&A integration, scaling organizational infrastructure, and establishing corporate centers as a center of excellence to influence system-wide performance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail or service operations. Candidates must have a proven track record in M&A due diligence, P&L ownership at scale, and managing geographically dispersed teams.
The Vice President, Corporate-Owned Centers is responsible and accountable for the end-to-end performance of all corporate-owned centers. In partnership with the COO they will be accountable for development of the strategies, tactics and talent plans to support excellence in execution, delivery of business objectives and a competitive experience for both team members and guests. As the company scales rapidly through acquisitions, this role is responsible for building and maintaining the physical, systems, processes and organizational infrastructure required to absorb that growth without sacrificing operational excellence or consistency.
