The role involves evaluating and treating neuro-rehabilitation patients through the coordination of recreation activities and functional leisure skills. Responsibilities include performing home assessments and monitoring patient progress to modify treatment plans as needed.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a CTRS designation. Experience in treating neurologically related disorders and strong communication skills are highly preferred.

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners create new paths forward after a neurological injury. We provide intensive, individualized services working one-on-one with our patients, and building their skills in their own homes and communities. Patients are accepted anywhere on the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness. Our experienced teams step up to the challenge of building a program that is just right for our patient's specific issues.
We are looking for experienced Therapeutic Recreation Specialists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Denver, CO area - with PRN positions that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patient's homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
PAY: $40-$50 an hour based on education and experience
