The RN provides assessment, interventions, and treatment strategies for residential clients with brain injuries within an interdisciplinary team. Additionally, the role manages a caseload involving funding communications, clinical updates, and discharge planning.
A valid Registered Nurse license and a driver's license are required. One to two years of nursing experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift 50lbs.
Pay: $42-50 per hour based on education and experience

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Colorado programs. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site in collaboration with an amazing interdisciplinary team. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training/education to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the Behavior Techs and/or CNA's on the unit. May participate in program’s on-call rotation.
As a supplement to the essential duties and responsibilities outlined in the Registered Nurse job description, the RN role in Collage's Colorado program will also be responsible for the following case management tasks and functions:
