We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Community Manager for a luxury high rise apartment building with a combined 143 units. The Community Manager is responsible for the financial, physical, and overall operations of the community, activation of the Hospitality Covenant and management of the on-site team. In this role, you will focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue, minimizing operating expenses, and maintaining the highest standards for property upkeep. As the face of the property, you will ensure that every interaction with staff and residents reflects the luxury, sophistication, and quality of the properties. The Community Manager takes pride in the community and motivates others to do the same, through supporting staff and residents and encouraging co-investment for the quality of life in the community.
