Oversee all cleaning and sanitation activities within a Ready-to-Eat food manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA regulations. Lead sanitation employees, conduct pre-operational inspections, and coordinate with QA and Production to prevent product contamination.
Requires a high school diploma and 2-5 years of sanitation experience in food manufacturing, preferably in RTE environments. Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and GFSI standards is essential, with supervisory experience and specific certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and sanitation activities within the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food manufacturing facility. This position ensures that equipment, production areas, and facility infrastructure are cleaned and sanitized in compliance with company policies, GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC standards, OSHA regulations, and all applicable food safety requirements. The Sanitation Supervisor leads sanitation employees, verifies cleaning effectiveness, and supports production readiness while preventing product contamination and cross-contamination.
