Sales associates drive sales by engaging with customers on the showroom floor and assisting them in selecting products. They also perform clerical tasks, maintain customer files, and assist with the physical organization and movement of merchandise.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently. The role requires availability for shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm and a professional demeanor.

Sales Associate (Bilingual)
The salary for this role is $14.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you’ll help clean, organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we’ll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely.
