The Preconstruction Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, designers, and construction teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and schedule. They are responsible for leading project development, managing design and estimating efforts, and negotiating Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in heavy civil or utility infrastructure construction and collaborative delivery methods. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for guiding project development, managing design and estimating efforts, overseeing Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development, and establishing the foundation for successful project execution.
