Job Description

• Develop and deliver training programs and materials tailored to organizational needs;
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers;
  • Implement learning initiatives that align with organizational objectives;
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements as necessary;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to facilitate their professional development;
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
