The Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate corporate records. They provide critical support to the board of directors and manage board meetings and AGMs.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Law or Business and be a qualified Company Secretary (ACS/ICSA) with at least 7 years of experience. Strong expertise in the Companies Act, corporate governance, and board processes is required.

We are seeking a highly experienced Company Secretary with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters. As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing support to the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining company records and registers
- Organizing and preparing board meetings and AGMs
- Providing advice on corporate governance issues
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers
- Keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/ICSA)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
