Candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fraud prevention, Payments, regulatory, and digital banking initiatives across Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, and Cards. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, project delivery, and coordination with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of strategic programs.

Key Accountabilities

Product Management & Delivery

1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fraud prevention, Payments, regulatory, and digital banking projects from ideation to implementation.
2. Define business requirements, user journeys, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
3. Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, and Cards.
4. Coordinate with technology teams during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
5. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

Fraud Risk & Security Initiatives

1. Lead fraud prevention and risk management initiatives across digital banking channels.
2. Work closely with Fraud Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to implement fraud monitoring, customer protection, and security controls.
3. Support implementation of fraud detection solutions, mule account prevention controls, transaction monitoring, and customer authentication mechanisms.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, and internal compliance requirements.
2. Support implementation of digital journeys for Payments, Remittance and related regulatory projects.
3. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into business solutions.

Stakeholder Management

1. Partner with Technology, Operations, Fraud Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service, and Vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
2. Facilitate requirement discussions, solution workshops, and governance reviews.
3. Present project updates, business cases, and status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
