Le Programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est à la recherche d'un Chef de quart pour rejoindre notre équipe du Centre de Réponse Client (CRC) basé à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les autres départements d'Airbus pour soutenir les clients A220 du monde entier.
Vous ferez partie de l'équipe du Centre de Réponse Client responsable de fournir/coordonner le soutien requis pour permettre l'exploitation efficace de la flotte A220 dans le monde entier. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie pour promouvoir l'autonomie, la collaboration transversale, le soutien mutuel et l'apprentissage collectif.
Votre rôle en tant que Chef de quart sera d'être responsable de la coordination des activités de remise en service entre les différentes équipes au sein d'Airbus pour les aéronefs en condition AOG et/ou après des événements anormaux, d'établir des données de gouvernance et d'assurer la visibilité au sein de l'organisation; d'identifier les opportunités de créer de l'efficacité et d'assurer la qualité.

Vos défis:
Établir les plans d'action, pour rencontrer la priorité agréée par le client, du Centre de réponse à la clientèle (CRC) pour améliorer le temps du retour en service d’un avion au sol (AOG);
Déterminer les spécialistes requis en utilisant toutes les ressources nécessaires au sein d’Airbus, des fournisseurs et/ou des partenaires, pour assurer la résolution rapide et la remise en service de l'avion du client;
Assurer une visibilité au client (au besoin) et à la gestion à l’aide de base de données, tout au long de la résolution des cas;
Développer et implanter des plans d’action, en collaboration avec les spécialistes, afin d’assurer le retour en service de l’avion. Pour ce faire, vous devrez :
-Mobiliser les équipes de spécialistes internes/externes, fournisseurs et/ou partenaires;
-Analyzer les options possible et identifier les solutions optimales;
-Assurer un suivi du plan d’action.
Bâtir et entretenir un réseau de contact avec les ressources disponibles, tant à l'interne qu'à l’externe;
Activer les ressources requises pour traiter de tous les aspects de l'événement AOG;
Communiquer les exigences de support, les opportunités d'amélioration et les problèmes émergents à l’équipe du service à la clientèle;
Identifier les lacunes et signaler les tendances émergentes aux groupes fonctionnels appropriés pour effectuer une analyse post mortem;
Agir comme des responsables ultimes sur le site quant aux mesures à prendre pour résoudre les demandes d'AOG des clients en temps opportun;
Escalader à l’interne au besoin pour accélérer la remise en service d’un avion (RTS).
Votre profil:
Vous possédez cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans le milieu aéronautique avec une solide expérience technique;
Vous détenez une connaissance des opérations aériennes;
Vous détenez une connaissance technique des avions et/ou des processus et produits Airbus;
Vous démontrez des compétences de flexibilité, de gestion des priorités et de travail d’équipe dans un contexte qui est sujet aux changements fréquents et rapides;
Vous êtes capable de travailler en mode multitâche;
Vous avez démontré par le passé un leadership et une capacité de résolution de problème autant au quotidien que dans des situations critiques et complexes;
Vous êtes un excellent communicateur et vous êtes capable d'influencer les autres;
Vous être bilingue autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français et anglais);
Vous excellez dans un environnement de service à la clientèle.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Duty Manager to join our A220 Customer Response Center team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the other Airbus departments supporting A220 customers around the world.
You will be part of the Customer Response Center team responsible for providing/coordinating required support to enable efficient operation of the A220 fleet worldwide. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Duty Manager will be to be responsible for coordinating the return to service activities between different teams within Airbus for aircraft in AOG condition and/or post abnormal events, set governance data, and provide visibility within the organization; identify opportunities to create efficiency and execute on quality.

Your challenges:
Establish action plans (to meet customer-approved priority) of the Customer Response Center (CRC) to improve the time to return ground aircraft (AOG) service;
Identify the required specialists within Airbus, suppliers and/or partners to ensure the resolution to return the aircraft on ground (AOG) to service;
Ensure client visibility and database management throughout case resolution;
Develop and implement action plans, in collaboration with specialists, to ensure the return in service of the aircraft. To succeed, you will need to:
Mobilize teams of specialists;
Analyze the possible options and Identify the optimal solutions;
Follow up on the action plan.
Build and maintain a network of contacts with available resources, both internally and externally;
Actively get resources assigned to address all aspects of the AOG;
Communicate support requirements, improvement opportunities and emerging issues to the customer Support team;
Identify shortfalls and flag emerging trends to the appropriate functional groups to conduct post mortem analysis;
Act as ultimate on-site responsible on the required course of action to resolve Customers AOGs in a timely manner;
Escalate internally as needed to expedite aircraft Return to Service (RTS).
Your profile:
You have five (5) years of experience in the Aviation industry with solid technical experience;
You have knowledge in flight operations;
You have technical knowledge of the aircraft and/or Airbus processes and products;
You demonstrate skills of flexibility, priority management and teamwork in a context that is subject to frequent and rapid change;
You are able to work in multitasking mode;
You have demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in critical and complex situations;
You are an excellent communicator and you are able to influence others;
You are bilingual – speak and write (French and English);
You excel in a customer service environment.
