OVERVIEW:
Reporting directly to, Director, Qc Initiatives, the incumbent is responsible for providing second level pharmacy systems business support for store level pharmacy systems and applications primarily for Quebec. In addition, the incumbent evaluates testing and creates user documentation content for functional processes and data conversions of pharmacy management systems. The incumbent also provides on-site support when required and impact analysis and functional solutions for third party adjudication issues, programs, and initiatives.
