Lead finance transformation initiatives to streamline insurance product accounting and reporting across Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams. Drive reporting strategies, optimize workflows through automation, and ensure governance and compliance frameworks are maintained.
Requires 4-6+ years of experience in finance transformation or actuarial reporting within the insurance industry. Must hold a professional accounting (CPA, CA) or actuarial (FSA, FCIA) designation, or a Master's/PhD in a quantitative field.
You will be a valued member of finance transformation team, acting as a business partner and advisor, across financial accounting, performance management and planning and forecasting activities. You'll lead improvements to how we account for and report on insurance products, working with Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams to streamline operations and unlock financial optimization opportunities. This role is based in Mississauga with flexibility for other Greater Toronto Area locations.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
