Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years of wastewater project management. Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or be able to obtain licensure within one year.

The role may include a variety of technical engineering/design tasks as well as business development tasks depending on the experience and interests of the selected candidate.
