The Certified Nursing Assistant delivers direct patient care and coordinates unit activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, documenting patient information, and ensuring a positive patient experience through purposeful rounding.
Candidates must be graduates of a Certified Nursing Assistant course and hold or be eligible for Florida state licensure. A valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to the start date.
