What You’ll Do
Deliver Great Customer Experience
Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
Maintain Store Standards
Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising
Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
Support Daily Store Operations
Process transactions accurately through POS
Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures
Support product launches and peak trading periods
Who You Are
We’re looking for people who are:
Confident and customer-focused communicators
Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles
Energised by fast-paced, high-volume environments
Reliable, positive and able to stay composed during busy periods
Quick learners with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese highly regarded)
Availability Requirements (Important)
This is a permanent full-time role
Flexible availability across all 7 days is required
Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts
Store hours vary by location (generally 10am–9pm)
Rosters will be structured, either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday with two RDO's off together
Salary
$61,000 + Super + Incentives
