Lead the sales success of two premium retirement living developments by guiding purchasers from initial enquiry through to settlement. Contribute to commercial strategies including pricing, product mix, and release plans while collaborating with development and marketing teams.
Requires seven or more years of experience in property or real estate sales with a proven track record in off-the-plan or complex sales environments. A current real estate licence and proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM are essential.

As Project Sales Principal, you'll play a key role in the success of two new retirement living developments in Bentleigh East and Brighton East. From first enquiry through to settlement, you'll guide purchasers through one of life's biggest decisions while contributing to pricing, product mix and release strategies that support the success of each project.
Working closely with our Development, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.
