At Clarity AI, the Revenue Operations team is the operational engine behind the entire commercial cycle: we keep the CRM healthy, give leadership visibility into the pipeline, spot risks before they turn into churn, and build the tooling that helps Sales and Customer Success sell more and better.
We're looking for a Senior Specialist who is, above all, a bridge profile: someone equally comfortable jumping into HubSpot to fix a workflow as opening a dashboard to explain to a territory lead why their forecast doesn't add up. We're not after the CRM wizard who avoids the business numbers, nor the strategy analyst who won't touch the tool. We want someone who enjoys living between both worlds and wants to become a reference point for that combination.
This is a strategic role that bridges the gap between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive scalable revenue growth.
