The Manager of Finance Transformation leads the execution of finance initiatives, focusing on process improvement and cross-functional coordination. They are responsible for translating initiatives into detailed work plans and ensuring alignment with public company requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience in finance operations or transformation roles. A CPA certification and experience with SOX controls in a public company environment are strongly preferred.

The Manager, Finance Transformation supports the execution of the Company’s finance transformation initiatives, with a focus on day-to-day program delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across Accounting and Finance. This role works closely with Accounting/Finance teams and business stakeholders to help implement scalable processes and ensure successful execution of transformation efforts.
This role is responsible for translating defined initiatives into detailed work plans, coordinating activities across stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting issue resolution to drive timely delivery. The Manager operates as a hands-on contributor and project lead, ensuring that transformation initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with business objectives and public company requirements.
The Manager reports to the Director, Finance Transformation and plays a key role in advancing the Company’s finance transformation roadmap through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
