The Busperson/Food Runner is responsible for promptly delivering food orders and maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. They support servers by managing table resets, restocking supplies, and attending to guest beverage needs.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting. A valid Clark County Health Card is required, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Role: The Busperson/Food Runner plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by supporting servers, expediting and delivering food orders promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness. This position ensures that all tables are properly set and maintained throughout the shift, attends to guest needs such as water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks, and assists servers with station coverage and duties as needed—all in alignment with the luxury standards of the hotel. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
