Manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and inventory to maintain an organized store. Provide high-quality customer service by recommending footwear styles and driving sales to meet store goals.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes. You are committed to staying informed about trends and sharing that knowledge with customers, ultimately building engaging customer experiences.
