The Inbound-Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of activities including inbound-outbound, documentation and reports, and operating various machinery. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and the Senior Warehouse Manager and will interact on a regular basis with sales, administration, customer service, and management staff. This position works cooperatively with others. |
