The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and provide personalized speech and language therapy to patients within their homes to improve functional independence. They are responsible for developing care plans, administering diagnostic tests, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure effective rehabilitation.
Candidates must possess a current and unrestricted speech language pathologist license and at least six months of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification are also required.
As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
