Oversee the maintenance department and perform hands-on upkeep of production equipment, HVAC, electrical, and water systems. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations while managing outside contractors and preventive maintenance schedules.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Maintenance Technician in a regulated manufacturing facility. Preference is given to candidates with an electrical background and experience with CNC machines and industrial facility components.

About the role:
The Maintenance Supervisor at the Indianapolis facility is a “hands on” position that is responsible for the upkeep on all production and facility equipment, HVAC, electrical and water systems, buildings and grounds, routine maintenance in addition to appropriate record keeping. May perform daily maintenance and repairs to comply with GMPs, ISO, EPA, OSHA, and Viant policies. Represent Viant in a professional and exemplary manner before our suppliers, employees and community at large.
Work Model: Onsite M-F (7:00am-4:00pm)
