The Maintenance Supervisor manages the daily operations of an apartment community, balancing hands-on repairs with the supervision of staff and contractors. Key duties include overseeing service requests, maintaining safety standards, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to preserve the asset.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience, and a valid EPA Type II certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions are also required.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance with safety standards and customer service.
