Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet maintenance. A valid driver's license is required, with a CDL A and specific mechanical certifications strongly preferred.

Hirschbach is seeking a Yard Specialist to support our new fleet operations by inspecting equipment, coordinating repairs, maintaining yard organization, and ensuring tractors and trailers are ready for the road out of our Indy Shop.
